Expert Cured In Place Epoxy Sewer Liners For Over 37 Years

First, the pipe has to be thoroughly cleaned using high-pressure hydro jetting. This is done so that we are able to inspect the pipe to determine if it is a good candidate for the lining. Roots and build-up will be totally removed. If the sewer is free of offsets, collapsed sections, back graded, or bellied areas it will be a good candidate for sewer lining. If any repairs need to be done to correct these conditions they will be done prior to installing the epoxy sewer liner.
Next, the Cured-in-Place Pipe-Lining (CIPP) is installed. We insert a flexible liner inside the old pipe. The liner is inflated to press the outer portion firmly against the inside wall of the old pipe. Next, the liner is exposed to heat or ultraviolet light (UV) to “cure” the new pipe. The liner gradually hardens against the inside of the old pipe forming a rigid, smooth surface that seals cracks and restores the old pipe to near-new condition.
Cured in place epoxy sewer liners are a great option when the sewer is located below concrete driveways, parking lots, or areas where digging would be disruptive or not practical. This technology is not limited to only sewers. We can install cured-in-place liners on area drains or other drain pipes with suitable diameters. The only downside to cured in place sewer lining is the diameter of the existing pipe is reduced by approximately 3/8″. This decrease in the inside diameter should not affect the overall performance of the sewer or area drain.
